Editorial: Western Massachusetts construction projects sign of brighter days

While Western Massachusetts residents continue to express doubts and fears about the region’s economic outlook, there are a few bright spots on the horizon in the form of construction cranes and hard hats. Shovels are in the ground and steel beams are rising across the Pioneer Valley.

Someone, it seems, has faith in the future.
