Patrick Envisions Tax Rollback

AMHERST – Gov. Deval L. Patrick said he would support a sales tax rollback if the state’s financial fortunes improve.

The comment came during a question and answer period following his talk Thursday at the University of Massachusetts where he was the 11th Topol Lecture Series speaker.
